Metropolice force experience (not required but is greatly appreciated): None
Character backround/story (minimum of four paragraphs, each with a minimum of five sentences):
Jason Waters, age 26, was born to scrap and garbage. From his early life, he was always just scraping by. Life was incredibly stressful for him since birth, and he was terribly malnourished. His hair has started to grey from his arrival in C18. Violence in the streets was commonplace. He always felt that criminals were trying to get themselves killed, along with everyone else. It seemed to him that rebels were why the police became untrustworthy of the common citizen.
While he did not have the best education, Jason understood the basics of most skills and was rather social. While never overbearing or annoying, Jason did not have many friends before his relocation. Perhaps this is because Jason did not feel a distaste for the law, like many students, even through his rough childhood. Despite this, the friends that he did have were very close. Jason was rather happy, but still wished for a better life.
Jason's first experience with large scale violence after the war came with a battle between the Resistance which had been brewing secretly in the shadows of his former city, and the Metro Police. The Metro Police won the fight, and many casualties were suffered from both sides. Jason knew most of the rebels, and two of them were close friends. He hated them, they caused so much death for nothing. Their lives weren't great, but what was stopping them from joining the Combine and living a better one? Instead, they chose to sacrifice many just to kill those who had made the choice to live a better life.
Jason Waters was relocated to this city rather recently. Leaving his parents and remaining friends behind, he was startlingly nervous and alone. From his short time in City 18, Jason has realized more and more how difficult life is for the common citizen. He did not feel proud of his desires for a better life, as he has just recently scrounged up the money to buy his own apartment. Death still seemed a common occurrence, however, and Jason wanted desperately to stop it.
Provide an example of roleplay as a Metropolice officer, or a cadet:
Patrolling the streets as a cadet, I watch every citizen as they walk by. Shuffling past an alleyway, I notice two men whispering to each other in the darkened area. I walk slowly towards them, my stun stick in my hand but not activated. As they both spot me, they run in opposite directions, down a separate street. Inexperienced with codes, I quickly say into my radio, "Runner down <Street name>!" I sprint, following the suspect that I did not talk about in my transmission. Tackling him, I activate my stun stick and quickly whack him until he stops attempting to run. Remembering a code, I say into the radio, "10-16." I shove the man to the nearest wall and tie him, both of us out of breath.

(requires a paragraph minimum)
I wish for a better life, better food, and better friends. I know that Our Benefactors will provide that for me. I wish to bring peace to the streets, but also respect for our authority. The Metropolice Force will help give me the means to bring that peace, as well as the respect, and other various benefits that being an authority figure gives. Life as a citizen is rough, and the change is easy, and obvious, to become a member of the Metropolice.
<:: Why do you think you would prove a useful officer in the Metropolice Force? ::>
<:: Почему вы думаете, что бы оказаться полезным офицера в Metropolice сил ?::>
I am not afraid to discipline those who step out of line, as I know firebrands can be very dangerous to others and themselves. As well, I am rather strong, so I would be able to wrestle a rebel to a wall if needed. I am somewhat fast and can catch most runners on my own.

I learned a basic education, and am knowledgeable in a bit of everything. During my childhood, friends of mine got themselves injured quite often and came to me for help. Because of this, I am more experienced in helping the injured than most.
