I know the server and forums are in early stages but I'd like to suggest having a new forum host in general. It is fairly hard to navigate the current ones due to all this flashy stuff.
Some forum creators/base hosts are such as;
MyBB < Easy to set up, now and again you get ads for MyBB but they aren't nothing
Forumotion < Doesn't require you to go in to FTP
If anything I wouldn't mind creating a forum using MyBB for you and set the main administration site as Jericho's account.
Formution is pretty straight forward being just like freeboards but easier with configuration.
